Citrus from Friend's Ranches! There are several things you should know
before placing an order:
Payment is accepted through PayPal on this website
where you can use most major credit cards. You do not need a PayPal
account in order to place an order. PayPal ensures the highest
level of security and is used by many online businesses. After placing
your order you will receive e-mail confirmation as well as an e-mail
notice when your order is shipped.
Other than through PayPal, we are unable process
credit card information. For this reason, we are unable to accept
orders over the phone. If you prefer not to order online, you can mail
a check or money order to us with the order form (download order
form).
Please read this important information before
ordering:
Pick Up orders can be picked up from the
packinghouse or farmers' markets by arrangement. To ensure availability
and freshness of the fruit one week advanced notice is necessary for
pickup orders. Please e-mail us for pick-up order arrangements. Prices
will be less than listed here as shipping will be deducted.
A few words about our prices:
We do not ship our fruit to Arizona, Hawaii or Alaska, nor to APO or
FOP addresses, prisons, nor to foreign countries. All packages will be
shipped via US Postal Service or UPS. We guarantee delivery to the
street address you give us; please check your order carefully!
Orders placed by Friday noon will be shipped the
following Monday. All orders should arrive within 2 weeks of your order
date
FRIEND'S MAIL ORDER IS ONLY AVAILABLE WHEN OUR
FRUIT IS AT ITS BEST, WHICH DEPENDS ENTIRELY UPON MOTHER NATURE.
We reserve the right to:

Make substitutions of equal or higher value
if necessary

Delay shipment because of the vagaries of
weather, government restrictions, shipping firms, etc.

Cancel orders which cannot be filled (prompt
refund)

We cannot accept phone orders as we are just
too busy during the tangerine season and it's too easy to make errors.

Fruit seasonality varies and we only ship when
fruit is at its prime. We will promptly let you know if we are unable
to fill an order

All items purchased in a combined payment
(shopping basket) must be shipped to the same address. If you wish to
ship to different addresses, please make separate purchases.

We do not ship our fruit to Arizona, Alaska,
Hawaii, APO/FOP addresses, prisons, or foreign countries

Please use street addresses, orders shipped to
P.O. Boxes are often not received in a timely manner and we cannot
guarantee freshness of such orders.

As a small farm we cannot accept large orders.
Orders which cannot be filled will be notified and given a full refund.
Please e-mail us if you are interested in corporate gift orders (12
boxes or more).

Please check your orders for accuracy; we
cannot be responsible for your errors, nor for delivery if you give us
an incorrect address. Please check your order carefully!

other than what is described.
